What is Power BI?

Power BI is a powerful business analytics tool that enables you to visualize data, share insights across your organization, and embed them in your app or website. It provides a comprehensive environment for data analysis which – in turn – will allow you to make data-driven decisions.

For example, we recently created a dashboard that allowed our client to analyze customer support ticket data from multiple channels, track resolution times, and identify common issues. This provided vital data to analyze the performance of customer service managers.

Power BI is part of the Microsoft Power Platform, which also includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages.
