PowerApps SharePoint Power Automate
This Application has been developed for HSE Department to Record different type of Incidents/accidents that occur within Al-Futtaim properties (Cars and other Assets) and Employees or related sub-contractors and third parties.
Submitting the incident report will be passed through a defined flow depends on the incident type, each type has a related department to follow-up the action to be taken to avoid or reduce the occurring of such incident in being occurred in the future.
HSE Department will control the journey of filling the Incident report and assure of delivering the Report to its related department, then to prepare the Analysis reports of all incidents for auditing purposes.
HSE Process Application provides all the requirements that HSE Department need in order to issue the reports easily.

Since 2023, TopNotch Technology played a major role in directing Al-Futtaim-HSV Department in their Digital Transformation journey by automating their internal processes and creating a powerful application to serve their business needs. We led the journey from analysing their current processes, finding the failing points, and systemizing the output to an automated process, and user-friendly applications.
Background
Al-Futtaim is an international company based on UAE, with huge number of daily processes in different departments, so, performing manual work may consume more time in order to complete one process, in addition of the fast growth in companies may increase the possibility of the risks to occur.
HSE Department is a department which their responsibility to monitor and controlling the risks and incidents occurring in daily basis which related to Al-Futtaim.
Since controlling the incidents require collecting different information and providing corrective actions to be taken in order to reduce the possibility of such incidents to occur in future; HSE department decided to Automate this process with the cooperation with TopNotch to develop a Power App for this Process.

Comparing the previous manual procedure in recording Incident/Accident reports to HSE department with the automated procedure using HSE Process App, we can easily find that the manual process lacked following-up and controlling the reports due-to lack of provided information by the Report Creator.
The New Application will request from the Reporter to fill all the required information that will help HSE and Incident Related Department in taking the correct action based on the Provided information, the thing that will speed-up following-up those incidents, as well as reducing the occurring of such incident in the future.
In addition of keeping organized history of each request and taken actions will reduce and limit the occurrence of mistakes and wrong actions.
